By engaging NeevStruct Engineering for your structural design needs, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern the use of our website and our engineering consultation process.

2. Engineering Scope and Liability

Our structural designs are based on standard building codes applicable to the project jurisdiction at the time of design. While we strive for accuracy, our liability is limited to the cost of our engineering services. We are not liable for construction defects or deviations from our stamped plans.

3. Intellectual Property

All structural drawings, calculations, and plans provided by NeevStruct remain our intellectual property. Clients are granted a limited license to use these documents solely for the specific project they were contracted for.

4. Payment Terms

Payments are due according to the schedule outlined in individual project proposals. NeevStruct reserves the right to withhold stamped documents until final payment is received.
